The Flagstaff Police Department is asking for public assistance to find the suspect in a robbery that occurred at the South Milton Chase Bank Wednesday.

The robbery suspect walked up to a bank teller at 2:35 p.m. with a note that demanded money and stated he had a weapon. Once the suspect had the money, he left and the police were called to investigate.

The suspect is described as a white man of average height and build with dark hair in his mid-20's. He was wearing a black Columbia jacket, a dark flat-brimmed ball cap, square framed prescription-styled glasses and large black snow gloves.

The police department also believes that the suspect may have been wearing grey athletic shoes, black Nike athletic shorts, long black socks and a red shirt, which may have been a flannel.

The police department is asking the public for help identifying the suspect, or for anyone with information on this case to call (928) 774-1414 or Silent Witness at (928) 774-6111.
