Miguel (Mike) Morales Jr., 61, a former resident of Flagstaff, Ariz., passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019.
Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Monday in Greenwood Chapel, Fort Worth, Texas. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Greenwood.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Miguel Morales, Sr., and Sally Morales. Mike was a devoted husband, loving father, uncle, brother, son and friend to so many. He was well known and respected by all his co-workers at American Airlines where he was a dedicated employee for over 32 years. Mike will always be remembered for taking selfies, taking photos of “The Big Airport, and love for his family. He loved spending time with his dogs Nick and Drake, watching sports and most of all spending time with his family traveling the world. His biggest pride and joy were his son, Nic, niece, Cici, and nephew, Frankie.
Survivors: Loving wife of 24 years, Paula Giaimo Morales; son, Nicolas Morales; sister-in laws, Alisa Giaimo Hernandez and Lori Giaimo; brothers, Richard Morales (Darla Arias) and Phillip Morales; nieces, Cierra Hernandez, Amanda Chapman, Rebecca Morales and Kathleen Giaimo; nephew, Franklyn Hernandez; and many other relatives and friends.
