The Northern Arizona Healthcare Breast Health Program for breast cancer care has been recognized by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers for outstanding care, one of only five programs with this accreditation in the state.
The program received the award based on its leadership and clinical team, education and resources provided to patients and use of data to improve care.
“We are very proud of the staff that participated in the process and their outstanding work to achieve this,” said Russell Dilts, director of oncology services for the Cancer Centers of Northern Arizona Healthcare.
