The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association released its National Coaches' Poll for the third week of the 2019 cross country season on Tuesday, and the Northern Arizona men's squad was the No. 1-ranked team in Division I racing for the 25th consecutive week.

The Northern Arizona men moved closer to the modern-era record for consecutive weeks at the top of the rankings, and the Lumberjacks women crew moved up to the No. 27 spot this week.

Behind the Lumberjacks on the men's side sit No. 2 BYU, No. 3 Washington, No. 4 Colorado and No. 5 Iowa State for the fourth week in a row. The second-ranked Cougars were the only team in the top five that competed this past weekend.
