According to a press release from Northern Arizona Athletics, the Lumberjacks' football game against Sacramento State Saturday in California has been canceled and a decision for a make-up game will not be made until next week.
Sources told the Arizona Daily Sun that a decision might be made as early as Monday but nothing is clear as of now.
"Options to reschedule the game for a different venue and/or date are being evaluated. Updates will be provided when available later this week," the release read.
The game was canceled due to poor air quality as a result of wildfires in northern California. The game held no postseason implications.
