A Kachina Village man accused of killing another man has been indicted by a grand jury on one count each of second-degree murder, second-degree burglary, assault, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
According to Coconino County Sherriff’s reports, on Feb. 9 Collin Joseph Tarr, 28, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder in the death of Timothy Scott Larson, 53, of Kachina Village.
Deputies were called out to Gambel Oak Trail in Kachina Village for a possible fight. When deputies arrived they found Larson unresponsive in the street. Larson was later pronounced dead.
According to the indictment, Tarr is also charged with second-degree burglary for entering a residence on Gamble Oak Trail and assault and aggravated assault on a woman who was living in the residence.
Tarr is being held on a $1 million cash bond.
