The Coconino County Superior court is now accepting electronic filings of civil case initiation and civil subsequent documents through the eFileAZ and AZTrboCourt applications.

According to a Coconino County release, the new filing capabilities are made possible in conjunction with the Arizona Supreme Court, and Coconino County judge Mark Moran and clerk of superior court Valerie Wyant.

Those using the eFiling applications will have the ability to file civil initiating and subsequent cases electronically, attach more than one lead document per submission, issue summons and subpoenas, generate the civil cover sheet and offer additional functionality that will allow for faster filing of court documents.

On-site training for local attorneys and Legal Assistants will be held from noon – 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31 at the BOS Chambers, 219 E Cherry Avenue, and can find more information on training dates and locations at www.azcourts.gov/eFilinginformation/training
