Join The Yoga Experience on Sunday, Sep. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. for an evening to revel in the Fall Equinox; a time when the day is the same length as the night, a point of balance. The evening will be a balance of Yoga Nidra with Marci and Sound Healing with Deb.

Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation, Marci guides you through stages of body scan and breath awareness to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.

Sound is everything that moves and vibrates. Deb takes you on a sound journey with her Crystal Tones singing bowls, tribal instruments and gong. When you hear the calming elegant sound of a crystal bowl, it seems to awaken an ancient remembering, touching the essence of the soul.
