Anthony Joseph Prutzman, 27, of Flagstaff died Tuesday, July 16 of a medical condition. He was born in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Anthony is also know as “Butters”, a nickname from childhood.
Anthony is survived by his mother Terri-Ann Russell and stepfather Timothy Russell of Cottonwood, AZ; two brothers: Erich Prutzman of Chandler, AZ and Tyler Prutzman of Gilbert, AZ; two sisters: Sophia Stroesenreuther, 9, of Cottonwood, AZ and Nicole Russell, 14, of Gilbert, AZ; grandparents Barbara & Joseph Wolensky of Chandler, AZ; an uncle, Joseph Wolensky Jr. ; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Anthony has lived in Flagstaff for 9 years, graduating from NAU in 2015 with a bachelors degree in communications and Journalism.

Anthony worked at Hickory’s BBQ in Flagstaff. Known as “Butters” , he was well known and loved by his community. He enjoyed being with friends and spending time with family and adventures in nature.
