Leslie T. Isaacs, 92, formerly of Flagstaff passed away July 27, 2019 in Clovis, California. He was born May 6, 1927 in Dumas, Missouri.
He graduated Flagstaff High School as class of 1945 Valedictorian.
He served his country in the US Naval Reserve, first Class Aviation Electronics Tech Mate. He was active duty from May 1945 to July 1946.
From 1946-1950 he attended the University of Tucson, Arizona graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Leslie was interviewed by Douglas Aircraft and was hired immediately. He worked for them in Long Beach for 42 years as an Electrical Engineer, retiring in 1992.

Leslie met Janet Halstad of San Gabriel, California and they were married in Alhambra, California. He is survived by his wife; four children Janise Cunningham (John), Karen Greig (James), Dori Williams (Chuck) and Jayne Brown; Grandchildren Emmitt Rothweiler and Dayle Rothweiler; two great-grandchildren; and sister Betty Wren of Flagstaff. He was preceded in death by his sister Mary Street (twin of Betty).
Leslie was a humble man. He loved to be with his family in any kind of activity and often. He enjoyed fishing—any kind, anywhere. He will be sorely missed and will always be remembered as a kind, humble, loving husband, father grandfather brother and friend to all.
