Ann Anderson, age 71, passed away Tuesday October 8, 2019 at Northland Hospice's Elaine's Forest House in Flagstaff. She was a graduate of Palo Alto High school in 1965 and came to Flagstaff to attend Arizona State College, now Northern Arizona University.
She married the love of her life, Michael Anderson, on May 5, 1979 and through their 40 years of marriage lived an adventurous life. Together they attended home games at every major league baseball teams stadium and still had five to return to after new stadiums were constructed and older stadiums were demolished. Ann bowled for many years at Starlite Lanes and in 2004 was crowned the Arizona Women's State Singles Champion in Division four. Sports were a big part of her life and in her later years once The Price is Right was over some sort of sports programming was on the TV. From Bull riding and curling to tennis or golf but if a baseball game was on the air it had the priority.
