* UNTIL 845 PM MST

* AT 538 PM MST, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ALONG THE VERMILION CLIFFS IN THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF COCONINO COUNTY.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES... HOUSE ROCK WASH...SOUTH FORK SOAP CREEK...EMMETT WASH...SOAP CREEK AND BADGER CANYON.
