The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: 7:30-9:30 p.m. Doris Harper-White Community Playhouse, 11 W Cherry Ave. In this hilarious Christmas classic, a couple struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant is faced with casting the Herdman kids — probably the most inventively awful kids in history. Audiences won't believe the mayhem, and the fun, when the Herdmans collide with the Christmas story head on. PineStories Story Slam: 4-6 p.m. Firecreek Coffee Company, 22 Historic Rte 66.The theme for this slam is "I Want To Believe" PineStories is a competitive, nonfiction storytelling event. Each storyteller will tell their true story on the theme "I Want To Believe" in under 12 minutes without notes. We have 6 storyteller slots available for this event. Judges will be selected before the show and will submit their anonymous scores at the conclusion. Scores will be tallied and the winner announced at the end of the show. Christmas in the Mountains - Master Chorale of Flagstaff: 3-5 p.m. NAU's Ardrey Memorial Auditorium, 1115 S Knoles Dr. Ring in the season as NAU's Harter Handbell Choir, Flagstaff High School Choir, Flagstaff Youth Chorale, and guest orchestra join the Master Chorale and Arizona Mountain Chorale.
