Qigong is an ancient self healing practice which is accessible to all ages and levels. This Qigong class will focus on the integration of Qigong movements, with attention to body, breath and mind, and can be done either standing or sitting. Bring your own chair, if you like.
The purpose is to bring together a Qigong community to practice together in nature, while gaining knowledge, comfort and confidence to carry the practice into your own life, to gain the great benefits of a sustained Qigong practice, including: improved immune function, better oxygen and nutrition delivery, balancing the autonomic nervous system, accelerated lymphatic flow, and more..
Please bring water for hydration, appropriate clothing for the weather. We will not have class if it is raining, snowing, or if there is thunder and/or lightening.
