NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Flagstaff Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., and the Flagstaff City Council will hold Public Hearings on January 4, 2022, January 18, 2022, and February 1, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., to consider the following: A. Explanation of Matters to be considered: ANNEXATION: A proposed annexation of approximately 10.06 acres of land to the City of Flagstaff. The annexation is requested to incorporate an existing parcel into the City limit. The parcel is owned by Flagland LLC. The current Coconino County Zoning is CH-10,000 Commercial Heavy Zone. If this annexation is approved, the property will be designated with the Highway Commercial (HC) zone and a Resource Protection Overlay (RPO) to facility the development of a rehabilitation substance treatment campus, sober living units, and two lots for future commercial development.
