The new director will strive to grow, promote and sustain the vision for diversity, inclusion and equity through the development, implementation and monitoring of initiatives. Through organizational collaboration, the individual will operate with a particular emphasis on strategies for 1) inclusive leadership, 2) access, retention and recruitment, 3) diversity and inclusion education, communication and outreach and 4) assessment and guidance.
