Legal No. 348NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ADOPTION OF THE COCONINO COUNTY BUDGET FOR FY 2020At a Special Board Meeting held Tuesday, June 4, 2019, in accordance with provisions of A.R.S. 42-17101, the Coconino County Board of Supervisors adopted an estimate of amounts required to meet public expenses for the ensuing fiscal year, and an estimate of the amount to be raised by taxation upon real and personal property within the County and receipts from sources other than direct taxation, as set forth in the following statements. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes that the Coconino County Board of Supervisors will hold a Special Meeting and Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at 6:00 pm in the County Administrative Center First Floor Meeting Room, 219 East Cherry, Flagstaff, Arizona, to hear any taxpayer wishing to comment for or against any proposed expenditure or tax levy. Following the Public Hearing the Board will consider adoption of the final budget for the County for Fiscal Year 2020. The Board shall levy taxes at a meeting on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at a time and location to be determined and noticed according to statute.
