The updated model will add transit and bicycle trip assignment to the current model. The services are to be performed according to the Scope of Work as stated in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). Solicitation information is available for download from the City of Flagstaff Planetbids website: https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=27606. Downloads cannot be received after the closing date and will be considered non-responsive.Proposal responses shall be submitted online on the Planetbids website: https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=27606 prior to the closing date and time of 3:00 p.m. Arizona time, Wednesday, October 17, 2018. Please be advised that in order to submit a proposal response on the Planebids website, you will need to be a registered Vendor with Planetbids. Late responses will not be accepted.Proposers are strongly encouraged to review the entire RFP prior to submitting their proposal response. A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held for this RFP and is scheduled for Tuesday October 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM. All questions pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Matthew Luhman, Senior Procurement Specialist via email at: mluhman@flagstaffaz.gov. Proposers shall be responsible for examining the RFP documents and for understanding the scope of work and conditions before submitting a proposal. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror(s) whose proposal is responsive to the RFP and it is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to the City taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. Responsible factors to be considered may include, but are not limited to, the Proposer's past performance on other contracts.
