Following their first season calling high school football games, KAFF Country Legends 93.5 FM and AM 930 will continue into the basketball season.

With 12 dates on the schedule for Coconino and Flagstaff boys basketball, as well as one of the two rivalry meetings between the schools' girls teams, the first game will be Coconino's Dec. 5 match-up against Bradshaw Mountain. Should either school reach the state tournament, additional games could be added if they don't conflict with Northern Arizona broadcasts.

Just as they did for the football season, the broadcast team consists of play-by-play man Dave Zorn, with analysts Reggie Eccelston and Maddy Willett.

Zorn has been in radio for more than 25 years, spending most of his career involved in broadcasting high school athletics across the state. Eccelston was a sideline reporter for NAU football on Fox Sports Arizona, as well as the analyst for this season’s high school football broadcasts. He was also standout wide receiver at the University of Connecticut in the early 1980s. Willett brings her wealth of knowledge of basketball to the broadcast as she has three state championship rings as a member of the Seton Catholic girls basketball team.

Flagstaff's first game on air will be Dec. 15 against Mohave, while the rivalry meetings between the school will be Jan. 9 and Feb. 2. The February broadcast between the schools will include the meeting between the two girls teams as well.
