The Coconino High School boys golf team won its first match of the year at the Verde Santa Fe Golf Course at a match hosted by Cottonwood's Mingus Union High School.
Coconino's 161 was a second state-qualifying score. Page took second with 163, Mingus was third with 164 and Bradshaw Mountain finished fourth with a 177.
Drew Fockler was the Panthers low scorer with his 38 while Ben Ginsberg was just a stroke behind at 39. Cole Clark shot a 41, Mike Papas had a 43 and Zach Begay carded a 44.
Fockler's 38 earned him medalist honors, and he has currently played seven state-qualifying matches.
The Flagstaff Eagles posted a 3-0 (25-20, 25-14, 25-22) win over Sedona Red Rock.
"It was a fantastic night of volleyball and we played amazing as a team," Eagles head coach Beth Haglin said.
Hailey Leffel had 26 digs to lead the defense while sister Courtney Leffel led the attack with 16 kills and an ace.
Randi Powers added 13 digs and eight kills, Izzy Gosar had five kills and seven blocks, and Haglin said "she really controlled the net."
The Eagles host Bradshaw Mountain at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
