PHOENIX (AP) — Police in Phoenix say they've located the vehicle believed involved in the hit-and-run accident that killed a Grand Canyon University student earlier this month.

They say the SUV was found Monday and it's being processed for evidence.

Police say they now are looking for the driver involved in the April 8 collision that left 21-year-old Taylor White.

White was jogging when he entered the crosswalk on a walk signal at 31st Avenue and Camelback Road.

Witnesses say the SUV drove into the intersection on a red light and struck White, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
