What used to be called Field House Chicken and Waffles became this year, simply, The Field House. The Condon and Elder family, the new proprietors of the restaurant have revamped the menu, adding items such as “The Louie,” a two-foot pancake with bacon, diced potatoes, four eggs and two slices of toast. The menu also boasts new large skillets with eggs, potatoes, and veggies, or meat. They’ve also added salads, and a chicken dinner for the whole family, complete with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, corn, and dinner rolls. All in all the field house has a lot to offer, including an outdoor patio, discounts for first responders, law enforcement officers and military members, and an all around family-friendly environment. The Condon and Elder family’s restaurant can be found at 2500 S Woodlands Village Boulevard. To read more about the Field House, click here.
