Flagstaff Police are asking motorists and cyclists to keep an eye out for each other after responding to a hit and run accident last week.
According to police reports, officers were called out around 11:13 a.m. on April 5 for a bicyclist who was struck by a car while crossing the street on Highway 180 near Late for the Train. The cyclist was injured in the accident and police are looking for the car and driver who fled the scene.
Police are also asking people who know anything about the accident to contact them. The car is described as a white 2015-2017 Toyota Camry with distinctive white molding on the side of the doors and an Arizona plate. The car may have damage to the front passenger side quarter panel near the headlight.
