Qigong is an ancient healing practice which combines breath, movement, and meditation to improve strength and bring energy to the body.

Doing Qigong in nature is very helpful to feel the Qi (energy). Benefits of Qigong include: improving blood circulation, digestion, metabolism, and endocrine function, boost immune system and resistance to infection, and lowering cortisol (the stress hormone)
