Bulguksa Temple, late autumn

This photo was taken in autumn 2009, during my first year stationed in South Korea with the US ARMY. Bulguksa Temple is a UNESCO heritage site located in Gyeongju, South Korea, with roots extending as far back as 528. Bulguksa currently serves as a working Buddhist temple and is one of the most visited historical sites in the country. (photo: @Samara)
